Pre-Competitive Academy

What is the Pre-Competitive Academy?

The goal of the Pre-Competitive Academy (PCA) is to provide a bridge between the recreational league and our competitive teams. Arkansas United Competitive teams typically start playing in the Arkansas Premier League at the age of 11U and 12U and play games against some of the best teams in the state.

The most important benefit to participating in our PCA is the professional training and guidance the players will receive from the licensed Arkansas United Coaching Staff.

In the past our youngest teams have experienced quite the learning curve with the transition from our recreational league to the APL competitive play due to the quality of teams and the increased speed of play.  The focus will be on the development of each individual's technical skills with an introduction to the fundamental tactics within a 7v7 team format to better prepare your player to enter our Competitive Program at 11U.
